Cancellation Policy

 

 

Cancellation Policy effective January 1/2011

 

For those who notify ETA in writing one month prior to the course date, Re-enrolment into another ETA course with appropriate space will be available. A credit of half the course fees will be honoured if ETA is notified in writing after the one month deadline. In both instances, any increase in course fees will be billed to the participant with payment required in full prior to the start of that course.  ETA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course at any time at their discretion. Enrolled participants will be notified as soon as possible.

 

The cancellation policy does not apply to those courses ETA cancels due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund or re-enrolment into another ETA course with appropriate space will be available for participants in these cases. Any increase in course fees will be billed to the participant with payment required in full prior to the start of that course. 

 

This cancellation policy does not apply in cases where a separate written contract and cancellation policy has been agreed upon with ETA.

 

Please Note:

 

It is the sole responsibility of all registrants to be aware of the pre-requisites of each ETA course prior to registering.  For HSFO certification courses, course pre-requisites are established and enforced by HSFO. Absolutely no consideration will be given for course transfer or reimbursement in the event that the registrant has not met the course pre-requisites by the course start date.
